As women, we have to fight 10 times harder for the salary that we DESERVE! Women consistently earn less than men, and the gap is wider for most women of color. In 2020, women earned 84% of what men earned, according to a Pew Research Center analysis of median hourly earnings of both full- and part-time workers.
